This is a national programme for everyone between 40 and 74 years old who are at risk of the following diseases:
Heart disease, stroke, kidney disease and type 2 diabetes.
It will assess your risk and will support you to reduce or manage that risk through individually tailored advice. It will assess your risk of developing these diseases.

Sheringham Medical Practice Essential Training Day
GPs, Nurses and Staff will be attending an Essential Training Day on Tuesday 7th September 2010
As a result surgery will be limited to medically essential urgent appointments only on that day via Medicom

The Practice will be closing every Tuesday between 1pm-2pm for essential staff training from 14th September 2010 during this time medicom will be covering urgent medically essential enquires.
Will need to update our opening hours accordingly
