Sheringham Medical Practice will be changing computer systems with effect from 16 Apr 08. As a result the surgery will be limited to medically essential appointments only. A Dispensary Stocktake will be undertaken on 15 Apr 08, during this time limited services will be available. The Partners of Sheringham Medical Practice apologise for any inconveniece and thank patients for their cooperation with this important initiative.

We now have a special self service blood pressure monitor in our waiting area. Patients are free to check their own blood pressure at any time. No appointment is necessary.
